Burrata Pesto Pizza

We're all about easy and delicious recipes and this one surely doesn't disappoint. Quickly fix this for dinner or afternoon get-togethers. This easy to make pesto pizza with fresh burrata utilizes basil pesto, prosciutto slices and arugula. You can use pizza crusts, naan bread or pita bread or even utilize fresh pizza dough.

Ingredients
1 pizza crust, naan, pita or flat bread
4-6 T North Shore Farms fresh basil pesto
1 burrata, drained and patted dry
3-4 ounces prosciutto crudo
1 fistful baby arugula
1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
fresh cracked black pepper, optional
Directions
Preheat oven or air fryer to 425F
Lay pizza crust, naan, pita or flat bread on a flat surface. Spread 4-6 T basil pesto, or to taste.
Place in preheated oven or air fryer until browned and edges are crisped. Remove and transfer to a cutting board or large round plate. Cut into 4 pieces and regroup close together.
Place the drained and dry burrata in the center of the pizza. Cut with a knife and spread to cover the center, stretch a bit.
Place prosciutto crudo slices around the burrata. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Crack black pepper over top, if desired.
Throw a fistful of arugula over the top and serve.
