This is more of a quick put-together than it is a recipe. We utilized an airfyer for the kabobs, the Greek fries and to warm the pita breads, making this a perfect option for middle of the week dinners. We used pre-marinated kabobs however you can marinate your own in advance.

Serves 3-6, depending on how many kabobs and fries served.

Ingredients
1 - 6 pk Matthew's Pork or Chicken Kabobs
1 pkg Ainos Greek Fries
1 pkg Mediterranean Pita Bread
1 container North Shore Farms Tzatziki
1 - 200 grams Epiros Feta
Mt. Taygetos Oregano bunch or dried oregano leaves
Eleones Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
In a preheated air fryer, on high heat, empty fries and heat through until crispy, transfer to a serving plate and keep warm until ready to serve.
Then arrange the pork or chicken kabobs in air fryer. In the last minute or two, place the pita breads in airfryer to warm; transfer to a serving plate and keep warm until ready to serve.
Plate one or two kabobs, a portion of fries and a few tablespoons of tzatziki. Cut up the warmed pita bread into 1/4s. Break up the Epiros Feta with a cheese knife or butter knife and sprinkle over the fries, kabob(s) and pita. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and finish with dried oregano. Enjoy.
