BBQ Chicken Artisan Bread Pizza

Make a batch, for a crowd or just for you. It's so easy, especially if you utilize shredded rotisserie chicken meat. Heap onto North Shore Farms Artisan Tuscan bread halves; top with shredded cheese, peppers and onions; pop into the air fryer and finish with BBQ sauce and a fistful of cilantro.

Ingredients
1 North Shore Farms Artisan Tuscan Bread
1 North Shore Farms Rotisserie Chicken
1 Stubb's BBQ Sauce or your favorite BBQ sauce
1 pkg each Sargento shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, or your favorite brand
1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 white onion, peeled and sliced
a few sprigs fresh cilantro, washed and dried
Instructions
In a medium bowl, shred North Shore Farms Rotisserie Chicken; 2 breasts and one leg/thigh with your hands or you can use 2 forks to pull the meat apart. Add 1.5 cups Stubb's BBQ Sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Meanwhile, cut the bread in half and then slice into the halves so you end up with 4 pieces. Scoop out some of the crumb. Spoon a few tablespoons BBQ sauce on each piece.
Preheat your air fryer on high.
Spoon the shredded chicken mixed with BBQ sauce into the 4 halves, evenly.
Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, sliced green pepper and onion. Place in air fryer until cheese is melted and artisan bread is crisp.
Remove from air fryer, transfer to a serving platter or cutting board; drizzle with 1/8 cup BBQ sauce on each artisan bread pizza. Crack black pepper over the top and finish with cilantro leaves.
Cut into pieces and serve.
